week 4: RSS feeds

I discovered today what an rss feed is. These are a particularly good idea to keep up to date with all the new information and news that has just been published. I selected for for my rss reader ABC news, library stuff and power house museum feeds. I think I might be able to use this technology for work by keeping up with the latest news and local happenings. Libraries can use RSS by establishing a blog for their own library and having RSS feeds from their blog to patrons to let them know what is coming up at the library.

I have finally reached the point where I can stick a picture on my blog.
